Gaë Bolg theatrical, bombastic and crazy live shows have been compared to a meeting of the Virgin Prunes and The Monty Python in a psychiatric hospital!!!

Adept of a psychedelic, festive and symphonic folk which take its roots in Witthüser und Westrupp as well as Whitehouse or the Monty Python, Trublion 23 can evoque a mix of Angel of Light, Current 93, Danielson, Animal Collective and Missing Foundation, but in a complete personal way. Acoustic guitars, voice between troubadours and virile male exhortations, strange and weird samples, great melodies, psychedelic effects, noisy ambiances and caustic sense of humour

Lise N. writes, composes and performs a strange, deep and lyric world, in which are evolving liquid feelings, trembling landscapes and lost flutes. Her musical, intense and oneiric universe is taking place in the post-industrial field and draws an oblique link between unutterable poetry and reinvented ancestral ritual.
Litanies of rare beauty, hypnotic female voice, troubled and moist eroticism, banjo with Cajun accents, crepuscular Hungarian harp, small ethnic percussion, hybrid sharp rhythms and many other things are leading us into a very personal universe, full of unreleased surprises and dark and blue landscapes, incongruous folklore born of the improbable meeting of Die Tödliche Doris, Alexander Jodorowsky, O Yuki Conjugate and the French poet Pierre Reverdy.
Her theatrical live acts with Erik Damiano’s videos are a mix of impressive coldness, weird ritual and sci-fi touch.

Gae Bolg a une imagerie et univers excellent mais je n'arrive toujours pas à accrocher à leur zique. Dommage.
